Organization Specialist Intern

Fail-Safe is looking for Organization Specialist Intern. If you are entering in organizational or human resources related fields — especially in IT — this position is suitable for you.

Your duties during the intern-ship:

  • You will document our recruiting process and make suggestions to improve the process
  • You will create and comment on content related to the recruitment on our website
  • You will assist with creating company policies
  • You will document company roles and broaden roles' info in internal documentation
  • You will create and document non-technical instructions for the existing On-boarding process

Your possible assignments are:

  • You can comment on existing organization and its structure
  • You can develop processes to improve feedback procedures for employees and supervisors

We expect from you:

  • Interest in a healthy organization and its practical application
  • Some knowledge of research related to organizations and/or human resources
  • Ability to communicate and initiate communication
  • Ability to ask follow up questions
  • Excellent written English language

Finnish language skills are not mandatory but will be beneficial for you.

We will offer either fixed term intern-ship or project contract for around 2–3 months. Working hours will be during the office hours but you can adjust your schedule as long as you can attend meetings.

The pay and work conditions follow the collective agreement in technology field. The salary for this intern position is 9.10 €/h if you don't have a finished degree in the related field and previous work experience. The salary can be negotiated if you have the degree or previous experience. However, this position is designed as an entry level position.
